    1. Shift Time: Day Shift ( 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM )
    2. 1 month training will be provided. Stipend will be paid during Training.
      • Should be a doctor with a clinical or non-clinical background with good knowledge of human anatomy.
      • Responsible for researching, writing and editing medical reports.
      • Should be able to summarize data from different studies for taking necessary medical decisions
      • Excellent citation/arguments skills are important.
      • Should be able to work according to process protocols.
      • Should be good in summarizing and writing a medical document.

    Selection Criteria:

    1. Should be Doctor.( BHMS/BAMS/BPT/BDS,MBBS)
    2. Good typing skill with minimum 20-25 WPM and above with 95% & above accuracy
    3. Should be well versed with basic English Grammar, Medical Terms , Human Anatomy and good in writing skills.
    4. Following Test will be taken before Interview
    5. Test of basic Medical Terms (20 MCQ)
    6. Medical Summary Writing Test
    7. Basic Grammar Test (20 MCQ)
    8. Typing Test
  • A fresher can apply. He / She should be a graduate with good English grammatical and typing skills.
  • Anyone who possesses similar experience in the US healthcare industry can apply.
  • Should be able to deliver daily work within timelines.
  • 1 month of training is provided to all new joiners along with experience for a smooth transition.
  • Working on the outstanding claim reports/account receivable reports received from the client or generated from the specific client software.
  • Calling the insurance carriers base on the appointment received by the clients.
  • Should have experience in AR.
  • Should have knowledge of RCM process.
  • Should be a go-getter with good communication skills.
  • Can be a Graduate in any stream.
  • Should be able to edit the transcribed reports up to 98.5% expected quality.
  • Listening skills and typing skills should be excellent.
  • Need to deliver quality as per the process parameters for Medical Transcriptions and QCs.
  • Should have minimum experience of 5 years as QC.
  • Should be able to use transcribing machines with headset and foot pedal to listen to recordings by physicians and other healthcare professionals dictating a variety of medical reports, such as emergency room visits, diagnostic imaging studies, operations, chart reviews, and final summaries.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, accurate typing skills and strong listening skill is a must.
  • Should have a minimum experience of 3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and listing of the medical records from raw documents provided by client.
  • Cherry-picking/prepping the medical records.
  • Summarizing the listed documents.
  • Maintaining quality and accuracy as per client’s instructions
  • Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc.)
  • The person should be able to read and understand the medical document and summarize it using essential data from the medical document.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft word and excel and good typing speed (Approximately 30-40 words per minute).
  • Good searching skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Profile for Medical Writer :

  1. Should be Pharmacy or life science background (B.Pharm/B.sc.Life Science)
  2. Typing skill should be minimum 20-25 WPM and above with 95% & above accuracy
  3. Should be well versed with basic English Grammar, Medical Terms and good in writing skills.
  4. Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts.
  5. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
  6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  8. Strong attention to detail.

Following Test will be taken before Interview :

  1. Test of basic Medical Terms (20 MCQ)
  2. Medical Summary Writing Test
  3. Basic Grammar Test (20 MCQ)
  4. Typing Test

Other Details:
